The second in a series of “Kitchen Cabinet Conversations” (or was that Confrontations, Lisa Heldke?) was hosted in the EYDR on October 14. This conversation focused on environmental sustainability and fair trade. Several organizations with links to the Kitchen Cabinet participated in our conversation, which featured fair trade chocolate and tea, a pedal powered battery contest (prize: a light bulb!)
