Food Lectures Posted on January 9th, 2010 by

The onlineschools.org blog has a list of 50 lectures for the foodie.

The defining characteristic of a foodie is that he or she loves learning about, experiencing, and creating food. One way foodies can expand their knowledge is by watching lectures. The following 50 lectures share information about food itself, the history of food, people who have created spectacular food, the sustainable food movement, links between health and nutrition, special food diets, and food safety.

The list includes lectures by Cary Fowler and Marion Nestle, who will be speaking at the 2010 Nobel Conference.
